BetLogistics arose from the need for a specialized and personalized service for sports betting and online casinos in Mexico. Given the relative youth of the industry in Mexico, there are no agencies or specialized service providers in the market.

In our work experience within sports betting houses, we have encountered countless media, creative and digital agencies, among others, with a total lack of knowledge of the product, the market and, somewhat surprisingly, even sports.

This type of agencies, in order to have one more account in their ranks, are capable of anything. They promise a personalized service and you find that the account executive has 5 more accounts, which undoubtedly detracts from the quality of the service, they promise to hire personnel specialized in betting and sports and they never show up, the follow-up of the contracted services is null and as for the knowledge of how to sell the product, it is better not to talk about it. This whole process is frustrating and the waste of time in teaching and guiding them is wearing out the client-supplier relationship and what to say about the money invested, it is money wasted. It would be inaccurate to suggest that all agencies are the same as there are some that take on the job in good faith but again, with very, very little knowledge of the industry.

The rates charged by these agencies are often exorbitant since they have a sports betting house as a client and they think they can charge whatever they want.

We have already gone through these deceitful and inexperienced agencies that the only thing they are looking for is to fill their coffers doing a mediocre job and as we say in Mexico “selling smoke”.
